Terms & Conditions for Stimp.App

Welcome to Stimp.App. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stimp.App mobile and web applications (collectively, the “App”) during the internal beta testing period. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Who May Use the App

Stimp.App is currently available only to authorized beta testers who have been invited by the developer, Mark Letheren. You must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to use the App in your jurisdiction.

Use of the App is limited to internal testing and feedback purposes.

2. Beta Disclaimer

Stimp.App is provided in a beta testing phase and may contain bugs, unfinished features, and instability. You understand and accept that:

• The App may not function as expected
• Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time
• There may be interruptions to access or loss of data

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must log in with your work email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your access credentials or use another user’s account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App
• Interfere with the App’s security features or operations
• Use the App to collect or store data about other users
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful data

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in the App are the property of Mark Letheren unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App during the beta test.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

7. Feedback

As a beta tester, you may submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports. You agree that any feedback becomes the property of the developer and may be used to improve the App without compensation or acknowledgment.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice — especially if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, system failure, or performance issues related to use of the App.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
